Where do my files go?
Merge, split, rotate, images to PDF, text, and signatures run in your browser, without uploading documents. Compression sends your PDF to Filevio and deletes temporary uploads afterward. We keep daily tool usage totals, including success counts, bytes processed, and processing time. These tool statistics do not include filenames, document contents, or IP addresses. We also use Google Analytics to measure visits and page navigation.
What can I do with Filevio?
Merge, split, compress, and rotate PDFs; convert JPG and PNG images to PDF; edit text, fill checkboxes with ticks and crosses, or place a typed or drawn signature on your pages.
Can I edit existing text or convert PDF to Word?
Filevio can replace supported existing text objects and add new text, ticks, and crosses. Scanned PDFs need OCR, which is not included. PDF-to-Word conversion is not included. Compression is available in lossless and balanced modes.
What does Sign PDF do?
Draw a signature or place your typed name on a page, using your chosen font, including Faruma for Dhivehi. It does not create a certificate-based digital signature. Text and signatures support Dhivehi and Latin characters, including on rotated pages.
Are there file limits?
You can process up to 10 files with a combined size of 25 MB. PDF documents and merged results may contain up to 1,000 pages. Password-protected PDFs are not supported.
